The client needed to organize its in-person queues by type of service, through a simple and user-friendly operation, offering an innovative experience to its customers.
Solution
Implementation of a fully customized self-service kiosk for printing tickets and remote monitoring via WebApp.
The TV with digital signage integrated into the call panel displays informative and promotional content, advertising the products and services offered, minimizing the perception of waiting time and increasing customer satisfaction. The Medical Center operates 24 hours a day and, as of February 2024, has already treated more than 4,300 patients/pets!
