Problem
One of the biggest challenges at events with high foot traffic is organizing customer service, ensuring speed and freedom for visitors, especially when your target audience is children.
Solution
Rental of self-service kiosks for printing tickets, with real-time monitoring of position in line and estimated wait time (via WebApp). Use of the event organizer's own TVs for calling, reinforcing NextQS's flexibility in adapting to local infrastructure. The screens were scattered throughout the environment, allowing visitors to participate in other activities while waiting their turn at the attraction. Digital signage integrated into the call panel allows for the promotion of the brand, products, and partners, in addition to displaying exclusive informational content.
