Solution
Exclusive equipment rental: customized self-service kiosks for queue management with ticket printing and TVs for ticket calls. Attendants used the event's own computers to call the next visitor, simplifying the process and reducing hardware costs.
Our real-time dashboard enabled monitoring of the entire service journey, peak times, and average wait times, indicating SLA rates and ensuring a better experience and satisfaction for visitors.
