Problem

During the 2025 Entrepreneur Fair, SEBRAE needed to ensure efficient management of services in three areas with high visitor traffic: Sebrae Services, CAEX (Exhibitor Service Center), and the Financial Arena. The challenge was to ensure that each participant had a smooth, organized, and fluid experience, even in the face of the high public demand that the event receives every year.

Solution

To make this possible, the NextQS system was responsible for queue management and real-time service in the three arenas of the fair.

Using self-service kiosks and printed tickets, visitors could view the tickets being called on TV, ensuring greater organization and clarity in service. Both the TV template and the ticket dispenser screen were fully customized with the logo, colors, and layout in line with FE25's visual identity.

The organizing team had access to monitoring dashboards and analytical reports, enabling immediate adjustments and data-driven decisions.

The result was a continuous flow, reduced queues, and an efficient service experience for all audiences— exhibitors, visitors, and Sebrae consultants.
