You can make posters with QR codes available at service points so that your customers can evaluate the service they received by scanning this QR code. Alternatively, if the customer is following the service with a smartphone, the evaluation interface will be displayed automatically after the service is completed.
All evaluations received will be available on the NextQS Dashboard and in the Service Reports, which include the overall CSAT satisfaction index for the requested period and the satisfaction index for each service agent.
